Bilberry Fruit
A fruit that may be helpful for visual disturbances or poor vision. May help with retinopathy, cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. May provide powerful antioxidants that provide support for whole body health. May be helpful in the prevention of eye damage due to free radical damage and may promote blood supply to the eyes.
Carbohydrates
Carbohydrates are basiclly sugar molecules. There are two categories; simple and complex. Simple carbohydrates are generally refined sugars that may stress the pancreas. Complex carbs have a more complex structure that takes longer to digest and are less stressful on the pancreas. Complex carbs like barley, oats, rye and legumes also contain viyamins, minerals, and fiber along with some protein and fat.
CBD Oil
An oil that is derived from cannabis and may be helpful in boosting the effectiveness of the endocannabinoid system. May have painkilling, anti-inflammatory effects, support a healthy heart and circulatory system, and contain compounds that may fight cancer, epilepsy, infections, and autoimmune disease. CBD may help to support cognitive function and may be neuroprotective.
Colloidal Silver
Tiny silver particles in a liquid that may be helpful to prevent fungal, bacterial, and viral infections. May also be helpful to treat skin infections and to help skin injuries/cuts heal faster. May be helpful for ear infections, boosting the immune system, healing the gut, and for eye infections.
Diatomaceous Earth (Food grade)
Made from fossilized remains of tiny aquatic organisms that contain microscopic particles that pierce the protective coating of parasites in the digestive tract, this may be helpful in dehydrating them and then killing them. Diatomaceous earth may be helpful in targeting larvae and eggs of parasites.
Ginger
An antioxidant that may help in gas evacuation produced by gastrointestinal fermentation. Also may be helpful as an expectorant, anti-emetic (to control nausea and vomiting), prevention of coronary artery disease. Ginger is a natural enzyme action on protein digestion, probiotic that may support of the natural gut flora, anti-diarrhea properties, liver protection, and it may also be helpful as an antidote to several food toxins. Ginger may also have an antiprotozoal effect that may make it useful against giardia, coccidia, and other protozoa.
Hemp Seed Oil
An oil that may be helpful to heart health, and cardiovascular function, and may help to prevent degenerative diseases. Contain 3:1 ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 fatty acids. Contains DHA to improve brain health and provides excellent support for skin and coat. Hemp seed oil provides antifungal, antiviral, and antibacterial properties.
Green-Lipped Muscle (New Zealand)
Green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus) is a New Zealand shellfish. Rich in fatty acids (Contain 90!) but most abundant in EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexanoic acid). They contain high levels of glycosaminoglycan (GAGs) which may assist in the repair of damaged joint tissues and provide anti-inflammatory effects.
Hydrolyzed
Both protein and fat are sometimes broken down or hydrogenated to change their structure. The most common hydrolyzed ingredient is animal protein. Hydrolyzed protein molecules are broken down (shortened) to reduce their ability to cause an allergic response. The process has the disadvantage of reducing nutritional value and palatability. The risk of diarrhea may also be possible, especially if there is no transition time.
Slippery Elm
May be helpful to relieve digestive discomfort and provide mucilage to soothe the digestive tract. The plant contains mucilage, a long chain of sugars (polysaccharides) that make a slippery substance when combined with water. This mucilage may be helpful to soothe the digestive system. Slippery elm is also rich in nutrients and is easy to digest, making it an excellent food during times of digestive discomfort.
