Green-Lipped Muscle (New Zealand)   

Green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus) is a New Zealand shellfish. Rich in fatty acids (Contain 90!) but most abundant in EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexanoic acid). They contain high levels of glycosaminoglycan (GAGs) which may assist in the repair of damaged joint tissues and provide anti-inflammatory effects.
